Preliminary design for extraordinary maintenance  of 100 square metres  apartment located on the 4th floor in a historic building in Rome's Prati district. The project involves a new configuration of the interior layout and the creation of new spaces, without altering the structures. It is also provided the realization of all interior finishes and  all  technological systems design.
